We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Wagables. We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible.

What's your Return Policy?
Our policy is simple: If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your product in the first 30 days after purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
All returns must have a return authorization number. All packages received without return authorization will be returned to the customer.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and in its original packaging with all parts/packing materials enclosed. Refund will be issued for full purchase price less S&H.
What's your Warranty Policy?
90 day limited warranty, if during the first 90 days after purchase, your product fails due to quality of materials used or workmanship, please call our customer service department.
At Wagables discretion, the item may be repaired, replaced or refunded.
